CONE_REC ver 2.23 (17 MAR 2005) 1. Improved following thermical shift and extension for scans from SkyScan-2011 Nano-CT CONE_REC ver 2.22 (23 JAN 2005) 1. Added special reconstruction modes for OPT scanners ("SkyScan_3001",...). CONE_REC ver 2.21 (26 NOV 2004) 1. Added "object bigger than FOV" to batch processing. CONE_REC ver 2.20 (21 NOV 2004) 1. Added temperature drift compensation if scanner include corresponding information in to TIFF projection tags. CONE_REC ver 2.17 (31 AUG 2004) 1. Fixed bug in updating .log-file. 2. Added possibility to keep misalignment compensation on the ON statut. 3. Improved stability during drawing scales on the cross sections from Volume Of Interest (VOI), in the case of inverted LUT. 4. Added access for smoothing adjustment by slider for 11XX and 2XXX scanners. CONE_REC ver 2.16 (18 AUG 2004) 1. Added misalignment comprensation for datasets from 1076-scanners. CONE_REC ver 2.15 (10 JUL 2004) 1. Checkbox in Preferences allows switching to classical style of "File Open" dialog to open dataset with access to network and showing all available files in current directory. CONE_REC ver 2.14 (28 APR 2004) 1. Added cross-sections static rotation angle in the report file PREFIX_rec.txt. 2. Fixed bug in updating PREFIX.log file by all reconstruction settings. 3. Dialog for selection of position or range/step of cross section(s) for reconstruction now works stable even in the case of enter empty field(s) for one or several parameters. CONE_REC ver 2.13 (13 APR 2004) 1. Added direct connection to CTan/CTvol program if it can be found in the same directory. CTan can be started from the toolbar button or by Actions-> 2D/3D Analysis in main menu. Reconstruction results will be automatically send to the CTan-program. If several file formats for results exists, the TIF-files will be send first. If TIF-results cannot be found, the BMP files will be send. 2. Increased maximum size of the averaging area in the cross sections for HU and local density measurements. Max. size become 201x201 pixels. 3. Added possibility to show measuring area during mouse movement across the cross sectional image. This option can be activated / deactivated by checkbox in Options->Preferences. 4. Added possibilities to reload color settings, ROI position and output file format for next scanning with identical parameters. This option can be activated / deactivated in Options->Preferences. 5. The program updates .log file (if found) with all reconstruction parameters and settings. 6. TIFF-files and BMP-files of reconstructed cross sections contain embeded HU-calibration (if results are calibrated in HU) for following usage in analysis by CTan or other programs. 7. All program settings can be saved and load for using in the future in the text file named as configuration (file with user-defined name and .cfg extension). This option available at Actions->Configurations. "Restore" action allow switching back to last settings before loading user configuration. 8. In the Options->Reconstruction dialog box added numerical values for all sliders. Smoothing value from 1 to 10 (if available for dataset from par- ticular scanner) corresponds to the number of pixels for averaging in each side from the central one in the projections. Ring artifact correction value (from 1 to 10) shows number of pixels in radial direction in each side of particular location in the cross section, which will be take into account for artifact correction. 9 .Fixed bug on wrong storing of smoothing value during program start by double click on the .bat-file for 1076-scanners 10.Added Ring Artifacts Correction value in the .bat file for possible usage of different values inside batch process execution from the multiline .bat file. 11.Removed error message in the case of clearning selection of top/bottom/step/rec.line in the "Reconstruction" dialog. In the case of typing mixture of digits and non-digit characters, valid value corresponds to recognizable digit combination in the beginning of the typing line (if exist). 12.New "Open Dataset" dialog shows directories/drives tree and prefixes of datasets in the current location. Operator can change current location by clicking to the corresponding folder in the directory tree and select necessary dataset by double click to the corresponding prefix in the list at the right side of the dialog window. 13.Help file is apdated with new functions and options.
