1. Added possibility for extra delay after each rotation step (in
    Options->Preferences).

2.  Rotation motor stays always powered to reduce possible 
   accumulative rotation errors.

3. 3001M: In the case of opening specimen chamber during 
   any movement, corresponding drive will be reinitialized after
   closing specimen chamber door.



Ver.1.3.5. MAR2007

1. Acquiring dark flat-field reference is not allowed for white/IR light.

2. After any exit from Scanning Settings dialog TV-mode will be
    restored if it was activated before entering dialog.

3. Dataset prefix and folder selection removed from this dialog.

4. Two spelling mistakes are gone.

5. If intensity profile activated, Scanning Settings dialog includes
  additional slider to move profile up and down. It works also with
  still image acquired by Snap button.

6. All checkboxes for updating flat-field references and individual
  focusing are removed from the Multiple Scanning dialog.

7. After switching UV lamp OFF after multiple scan, corresponding
  button in toolbar reacts properly.

8. After alignment calculations rotation angle is always shown on the
  screen, but will not update Scanner Settings unless corresponding
  checkbox will be checked before exit from the dialog (this checkbox
  always unchecked in the start of alignment).

9. Single scan option removed from the Actions menu and toolbar.



Ver.1.3.4. MAR2007

1. Fixed bug in reaction of "Snap" button inside "Scanning
   Settings" dialog.

2. Signal profile graph (activated by right mouse button) 
   continuously stays in the screen until next right mouse
   click.

3. "Scanner Settings" window renamed to "Scanner SetUp"
   according to corresponding item in the menu.

4. Two point alignment calibration sets as default and fixed 
   bug in the misalignment calculation for second point.

5. In attempt to switch OFF UV light the program will
   require confirmation.

6. Single scan button in the toolbar changed to access to the
   Scanning Settings.

7. Image flipping option moved from the "Preferences" to
   "scanning Settings" dialog.

8. Bright field acquisition disable for fluorescent modes.

1. Improve initialization and positioning procedure for
  the drives with IR end sensors: filter changer and
  object pusher.


Ver.1.3 MAR2006

1. Fixed bug in lens zoom control after alignment.

2. Instead of direct editing for data folder in the acquisition
  settings dialog use "Browse" -> "New" to create new
  datafolder.

3. More smooth image during continuous object rotation
  by "Spin" button in the object positioning dialog.

4. Changed reaction to "Abort" button during starting-up 
  fluorescent lamp. Interruption of starting-up process will
  not start the lamp immediately, but cancel starting.

5. Added slider for object rotation in the "Acquisition settings"
  dialog. In the case of TV imaging mode before entering this
  dialog the program will continue to show live image. After
  pushing "Snap" button the still image will be shown. In the
  case of object rotation by slider the TV-mode will be restored
  again. Angular position of the object will be shown in the
  corresponding slider inside the status bar.

6. Program counts total lifetime of the UV lamp. If lifetime
  exceed 1400h, a warning message will appear in every start
  of the lamp with reminder to replace it. After 1500h lifetime
  the control program will not allow to start the lamp any more.
  After lamp replacement reset counter by removing "Bulb lifetime..."
  line from "SkyScan3001.ini" file.


Ver.1.2 JUN2005

1. Acquisition modes changed to on-chip integration directly
  inside CCD-chip to improve signal/noise 4-5 times.

2. Added compensation for lens MTF to improve image
  sharpness.
