1. Improved background erasing around the images.

2. Added progress indication dialog during scanning
  (option in the "Acquisition Options").

3. If automatic reconstruction start is not selected, an
  operator can start reconstruction from the toolbar
  button with possibility to reconstruct one slice in any
  selected position or entire volume with selected stepsize.

4. Fixed bug in the restoring bed position in the bed
  exchanging procedure.

5. Fixed bug with toolbar "X-ray Image" button.

6. During scanner operation by front panel pushbutton
  necessary screen messages will be repeated on the 
  front panel display of the scanner.

7. In the pushbutton operation deleting existing files
  will require operator confirmation.

8. Added indication of the image area, which will be 
  used for reconstruction. Use Ctrl+A to switch it ON 
  or OFF.

9. After distance measuring on the image by left mouse
  button double click to left button activate dialog for
  object bed movement to corresponding distance.
