Fixed bug in possible incorrect position of second and following segments in batch scan in the case of acquiring large format datasets. Ver.1.5.7 NOV2008 1. After standard scanning control program saves several files with ".iif" and "oog" extensions for future usage. 2. During "TV-mode" and scanning object stage temperature is shown in the left side of the status bar. Ver.1.5.6 JAN2008 1. Oversize scan limited by safe margins to ensure that selected part can be fully reconstructed. 2. Added reminder to acquire flat-field reference every 30 days and realign scanner every 60 days. Ver.1.5.5 JUL2007 1. Option to acquire flat-field references only for current mode in central position moved from "Scanner Settings" to "Acquisition modes" dialog. 2. Added support for scheduled scans from optional MTS stage. Ver.1.5.4 MAY2007 1. Added possibility to lock stage elevation, stage movement to change magnification and camera movement to and from the source. Activation and deactivation: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+m Ver.1.5.3 MAR2007 1. Check possibility to save flat-field references to avoid silent exit in attempt to rewrite read-only files. 2. Added indication of scanning in offset camera position into *.log file. Ver.1.5.2 MAR2007 1. Added movement control for safe operation of the optional compression stage with load cell. 2. Added automatic recognition of the presence of the optional compression stage with load cell. 3. Fixed bug in engineering setup on attempt to acquire offset combined image without starting x-ray. Ver.1.5.1 FEB2007 1. Fixed bug on mispositioning between scout image marks and scanning borders (mainly in 1.3Mp systems) 2. Added warning in the case of attempt to close control program during acquisition cycle. 3. Improved initialization procedure taking into account possible large object or optional stage in the top position with open door. Ver.1.5.0 JAN2007 1. Changed datafolder selection dialog for direct sending data to any local or network drives. 2. Changed SetUp dialog in Flat-Field references acquisition: "Clear" and "Acquire" buttons replaced by Acquire "Bright only" and "Bright+Dark". Acquiring only bright flat-field references after stabilization of x-ray source allow starting scans immediately. 3. Added support for two new types of 11Mp cooled 12-bit digital X-ray cameras. 4. Fixed bug which can cause mismovement if option "Open door after scanning" selected in Acquisition dialog. 5. Added check for acceptance of preffix name by OS. Ver.1.4.3 JUL2006 1. Added tooltip window during moving mouse cursoe across scout image for vertical position estimation. 2. Left mouse click on the scout image indicates size of single scan, right click allows moving object to specific position. 3. Left double mouse click to the image after distance measurement (by moving mouse with left button pressed) allows moving object up or down to vertical position in the end of measuring line. 4. Added possibilities to select single scan on the scout view. 5. Fixed bug with connected scans when last partial scan (top of the object) may be scanned in wrong position because of object stage travel limit. Ver.1.4 DEC2005 1. Added connection to the special object stages (positioning, compression/torsion, cooling/heating). 2. Added protection against multiple start of the program. 3. Fixed bug with incorrect acquisition using offset camera positions with nonstandard angular step size. 4. "About" box shows firmware version for all microcontrollers. Ver.1.3 AUG2005 1. Implemented new strategy to acquire flat-field references: Firstly acquire all bright fields, then - all dark fields. Dark fields acquired with reduced set: identical dark maps are used for three camera offset positions. It allows reducing size of necessary disk space for flat-field references. To reduce disk space and improve flat-field correction quality we recommend you to remove all old flat-field references from the disk, make disk defragmentation and acquire new set for all scanning modes. 2. In the "Acquisition modes" (Presets) dialog added checkbox to switch OFF x-ray after acquiring all required flat-field references. Current camera mode inficates by arrow (->). Operator can change exposure time by up/down button across available values. In the case of setting exposure time different from previously used, exposure field will be marked by star (*). This mark is used to acquire selected flat-field references. You can switch ON and OFF this mark by clicking in the exposure field for any mode. 3. The title bar in the "Acquisition modes" dialog indicates currently used configuration. 4. Right mouse click in the imaging area switch ON or OFF profile displaying through the selected line. You can keep profile in the screen as long as you wish. Profile displaying not influent to the stored images or data acquisition. 5. Current camera position indicates in the right field of the status bar. 6. Scan duration added to the *.log file. 7. You can change the filter by mouse click to the status bar filter name indication. 8. Added indication of camera saturation in the right field of the status bar after every acquired image with >300 saturated pixels. 9. Access to hardware settings dialog changed to Alt+Ctrl+Shift+h if setup functions are already accessable. 10. Scanning time estimation will be shown in H:M format for >1h left scanning time and in M:S format for <1h. 11. Added special fine movement of the object stage during specimen chamber closing and opening to follow the object shape. It allow to load the objects with diameter 66-67mm and length up to 75mm. Ver.1.2 ( build 1) JULY2005 1. Fixed bug with incorrect saving flat-field references in user configurations. 2. Added possibility to restore factory preset configuration, which should be stored with name "std" in the program home directory. After safety reason mark "std.cfg" and all "std~*.*" files as" read onle" 3. Added option to switch OFF x-ray source after acquiring several or all flat-field references in "Acquisition Modes". 4. Added compensation for object horizontal shift in lifting, defined by "Lifting incl." parameter in "Scanner Settings" 5. Added possibilities to modify scanner SN in "Scanner Settings" dialog. 6.
